Red’n’Green Cucumber Mayonnaise 290 g

Herkkumaa Red’n’Green Cucumber Mayonnaise is made at our Hämeenlinna plant and gets it delicious, unique flavour from our pickled cucumbers, which are best sellers in Finland. Excellent with summery barbecue dishes, as a dip or in a sandwich. This vegan mayonnaise contains no egg. This flavoured mayonnaise is available in 290 g bottles. Lactose-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Rapeseed oil, water, Herkkumaa pickled cucumber (14%) [Cucumber, water, salt, sugar, vinegar, preservative (sodium benzoate), spices (garlic, dill, currant leaves), flavourings, sweetener (saccharin) contains sugar and sweetener], sugar, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, Herkkumaa mustard [Water, sugar, mustard seeds, modified corn starch, salt, spirit vinegar, preservative (sodium benzoate), colouring (caramel), white pepper], spices (incl. onion, black pepper), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), thickener (xanthan gum), colouring (beta carotene), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
