The appearance of Herkkumaa products to change in 2020

Herkkumaa is renewing the design of its packaging and labels in 2020. The completely new, stylish and distinct look will make individual products more recognisable and the Herkkumaa product family more coherent.

The strong graphic design will help customers recognise, find and choose the products from grocery stores’ shelves. In the new consumer-friendly design, product specifications are grouped in a logical and easy-to-understand way, so that essential information can always be found in the same place. The 430 gram jars for cucumber salad are equipped with Easy Open lids whose all-black colour ensures the recognisability of the new packaging.

Herkkumaa’s new designs will first be seen in the packaging and labels of Herkkumaa’s cucumber salad and cucumber salad with mustard.

Herkkumaa first to switch to emission-free production with the help of new technology

Herkkumaa is the first in the world to use an industrial-scale 10 MWh energy storage unit developed by Elstor Oy. This makes it possible to develop the steam needed in production without CO2 emissions.

New products this spring

Herkkumaa continues its diversification as a food manufacturer with the launch of two new products, the Mayochup tomato mayonnaise and Red’n’Green remoulade mayonnaise.
